Case study: 528 Wampler, a waterfront residence in Charleston with a live 3D walkthrough

The challenge

High-end buyers are often remote. They need to understand the architecture, the interiors, the water and the neighbourhood with enough confidence to book a private showing — or to shortlist the home from another city.

What we produced

We built a single listing website that carries the whole story, with our renders at its core.

  • Photoreal renders of the residence and its setting
  • A live 3D Gaussian-splat walkthrough that opens in the browser
  • A 360° tour
  • Pages for the residence, the landmark, location, the design vision and the offering
  • A schedule-a-showing flow on every page

Why a live 3D walkthrough

A Gaussian splat lets a buyer move freely through the space on a phone or desktop, instead of jumping between fixed panoramas. Combined with renders and a 360° tour, it gives remote buyers several ways to understand the home.

What this means for your listing or development

The same toolkit — renders, a live 3D walkthrough and a dedicated website — works for a single luxury home or a multi-unit development, built or unbuilt.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Does the 3D walkthrough need an app?

No. It opens in the browser on phones and desktops, and the link can be shared by brokers.

Can this be done for a home that isn't built yet?

Yes. For unbuilt projects the walkthrough is built from the 3D model instead of a capture of the real place.
