Do you only work in architecture?
Yes — DARK is a specialist architectural 3D studio. We focus entirely on architecture and real estate: visualization, interior & exterior rendering, architectural animation, 3D scanning, Gaussian Splat capture, VR tours, real-time walkthroughs and immersive property websites. Every brief gets a senior architectural lead.
How long does a project take?
A hero still or detail shot lands in 1–3 weeks. A 30-second cinematic film: 4–10 weeks. A VR build or splat scene: 4–10 weeks. Each brief gets a fixed calendar before we commit to a fee.
What does it cost?
The full turnkey package — renders + animation + presentation + website + VR tour + 3D scan + promo — starts at €2,500 for a single house, €6,900 for a full launch, €19,500 for a development campaign. Individual services: stills from $4,800, 30s films from $14,000, splat scenes from $9,800, VR from $18,000. 30–55% below USA/AU premium-studio rates. See the package for details.
Do you sign NDAs?
Yes — standard for us. We sign your NDA or send ours, before the brief is shared. Confidential client work doesn't appear in the public portfolio; private case studies available on request.
Where are you based?
One studio, in Milan, Italy — no satellite offices. We work remotely with clients across the United States and Europe since 2016, with on-site capture and discovery calls arranged per project. Direct line: WhatsApp +39 393 274 3617.
Can a Gaussian Splat run on my phone?
Yes — modern iPhones and Android flagships with WebGPU support play splat scenes directly in the browser. The same file also runs on Vision Pro, Quest, desktop, kiosk, and inside Unreal Engine without re-export.
Do you do work-for-hire or licensing?
Both. By default, deliverables are work-for-hire — you own them outright. Licensed assets (e.g. our scanned material library) are clearly priced and timed. Splat files are always delivered as a self-contained artifact you can archive.
