The biggest single driver. Each additional hero render at the same project unlocks 10–15% scale discount on the per-image fee — most of the modeling and lookdev work is amortised across all shots in the same scene.
A single-volume villa is roughly 60% the cost of a 12-storey tower. Mixed-use districts with multiple typologies cost more again. Driven by geometry density, façade detail, and material variety.
An empty hero shot is fast; a populated lifestyle interior with curated props takes longer. Each prop or human asset is hand-placed, looked-dev'd, and lit. Typical "lifestyle pass" adds 15–20% to a base render fee.
One hero shot at one time of day is base. Each additional mood pass (day, dusk, night, overcast) is +35% of the base shot fee — significantly cheaper than re-shooting because lookdev is reused.
Every shot includes 2 revision rounds. Additional rounds are scoped per deliverable from $1,200 each. In practice 87% of our projects ship inside the included 2 rounds.
