Experience design
Week 1User journey mapping. Comfort, navigation, interaction. Storyboard for every spatial moment.
Asset pipeline
Week 2–3Import the model, optimise for the target hardware (Quest 3, Vision Pro). Bake lighting, build LODs, compress textures.
Interaction build
Week 4–6Hand-tracking, controller bindings, spatial UI. Locomotion (teleport / smooth / room-scale). Tested on real hardware daily.
Polish & comfort pass
Week 7–8Frame-rate optimisation to 90fps, comfort vignettes, motion-sickness prevention. QA on multiple headsets.
Sideload & store
Week 9–10Signed APK / IPA, Meta App Lab submission, App Store / TestFlight, or sideload package for sales suites.
