How the price is formed
How we run it · 5 stages
Mesh audit
Day 1Manifold check, normal direction, intersecting geometry, scale. Print method chosen — resin, FDM, SLS.
Repair & hollow
Day 2–3Fill holes, weld seams, hollow internal volume to save resin and avoid suction defects. Drainage holes added.
Supports
Day 4–5Auto + manual support generation in Chitubox or Lychee. Tested orientation for surface quality.
Slice & test print
Day 6–8Slice for the target printer, test print of critical regions if scale allows.
Delivery
Final daysPrint-ready STL plus the original supported project file. Notes on exposure, layer height, recommended resin.

Meshmixer + ZBrush DynaMesh
Repair non-manifold geometry, fix flipped normals, ensure watertight meshes.
Cura + PrusaSlicer + Lychee
Slicer per technology — FDM (Cura/Prusa), resin (Lychee). Profiles tuned for each printer.
