Brief & references
Day 1–2Mood boards, story brief, visual language target. We collect references and align on tone.
Thumbnails
Day 3–5Five to ten thumbnail compositions. You pick one or two to develop.
Refinement
Day 6–10Selected thumbs developed to greyscale lighting / value studies. Composition locked here.
Color & detail
Day 11–18Color pass, hero detail, atmosphere. Two revision rounds.
Delivery
Final daysPrint-resolution PSD, layered file, plus flat JPG for sharing.
